Our MACHINERY
We own competent mechanical equipment for the processing of our products. We manufacture every required part in our own premises and we are able to provide our customers with the best quality to cost ratio.
MOLDS & METAL PARTS
We manufacture the molds and metal parts required in our production process. We use state-of-the-art machinery and software in order to minimize faults and maximize our production capability.
RUBBER COMPOUNDS
We use high quality materials such as: NBR, NR, Viton, EPDM, Silicone, PU, etc. for the production of our rubber compounds. We can also provide certification of suitability for our raw materials.
MATERIAL TESTING
We use our Rheometers, Elongation and Abrasion testers to perform all necessary test required to ensure the specifications of our produced material are according to your needs.
vulcanization
We carry out the vulcanization chemical process to achieve the required hardness, improved elasticity, resilience, tensile strength, viscosity and weather resistance for our products tailored to your specific needs.
QUALITY INSPECTION
We perform quality inspections using a checklist that is based on each product’s specifications. This way we can always be certain for the high quality of our production.
STOCK
Following the quality inspection, the products are stored in our own warehouse. We have a large stock of products ready for shipment in order to minimize the lead time for our clients.
Our Premises
We work in our privately owned premises which house our offices, production and warehouse departments in a 3.000 sq.m. area.
We are certified to carry out any kind of metal and rubber metal work and we follow international guidelines for our production procedures with all precautionary safety measures.
